Deliveries & Despatch
We aim to deliver your order within 10 working. All items are held in stock, although we may occasionally experience short delays on the supply of our most popular items. We will always advise you of any delay.
It is expected that all orders, unless you wish otherwise, will be despatch within 5 working days.
If you do not receive your order within 10 working days of placing your order, or you have not received it by an agreed date please contact us.
We cannot be held liable for any goods damaged in transit.
ALL THAT JAZZ shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver products promptly if such failures arise due to force majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by strikes, riots, lock outs or other labour trouble, war, fire. Accident, mechanical failure, non-availability to ALL THAT JAZZ of manufactured stock, parts or materials; delay or failure of delivery of the products to ALL THAT JAZZ by manufacturers suppliers or other persons; government action, legislation or regulation of any kind; Act of God, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control.
Picking, Packing and Postage
All prices for items on the web site include the picking, packing and postage EXCEPT cushions and mirror plates.
Due to their low cost and weight, we have one charge applicable when multiples are chosen. For example: up to 6 cushions will be sent in one box with a cost of £7.00 added to your order. Therefore, 8 cushions will require the additional 2 to be sent in another box - and another carriage charge of £7.00 Up to 24 mirror plates will be packed into one box and sent for one charge of £7.00
Orders received by 12:00 midday Mon - Fri will be despatched for next day delivery. Orders received after 12:00 midday will be sent on the following working day.
Prices are correct from 1st November 2008. Delivery charge rates will vary from time to time.
Guarantee & Returns Policy
Our products are covered by a 10 day guarantee. If, for any reason you wish to return the item, please return it to us within 10 days. All we ask is that you return it unused, undamaged and with its original packaging. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend that you return it to us via recoded delivery. Your refund will be in the form of the original payment. Your payment will be refunded if all of the terms and conditions have been met.
No returns will be accepted arising from an error on the part of the buyer unless at our discretion. Postage charges will not be refunded. |
